This is Alaina and I doing a tumble turn in the pool. Alaina taught me how to do a tumble turn today.

  1. Great to see you have learnt a new skill Mercy. It must have been tricky in the shallow end, I can remember swimming at your age and scraping my hands on the pool bottom as I swam.Well done! I wonder what you might be working on now?

  2. Hello Mercy,

It’s Merry Beau your Student Blogging Challenge Mentor. I look forward to reading your posts in response to the weekly challenges.

I would love to read your responses to the weekly challenges on the Student Blogging Challenge.

Some students don’t have a mentor yet, so I’m afraid if you don’t respond before Easter, I will have to say good bye to you … so I can mentor them. I’m sure you understand.

    With every good wish,

    Merry Beau

  3. Hi Mercy, This is your mentor Merry Beau.

I see you have an 'About Me' page. That is great.
I am going to check if you have two other posts related to the challenge activities.
I have nearly thirty students that I am mentoring.
When I comment a number of my students comment back.
In this way we have a conversation.

The organizer of the Student Blogging Challenge says in order to stay in the Challenge students need an 'All about Me' page and to do at least two activities on the challenges. They also need to reply to their mentors.

Some times when I visit a blog it is difficult to know if a student is participating. For this reason it is good to have the Student Blogging Challenge on your page. Here is a link to where to get one and how to put it on your blog. http://studentchallenge.edublogs.org/2015/02/21/2015-student-blogging-challenge-badges-are-here/

Hoping to read some more of your work,

    With every good wish
    Merry Beau
