This is me sculling feet first and in a sitting up position and me kicking off one wall and getting to the other.
In the pool I am working on:
Floating on my back-it is hard for me to hold up me tummy and my legs,
Sculling-I get tired if I stay in the same place with my hand up calling for help
I can already:
Push off one wall and get to the other no arms or kicking,
Breath while doing freestyle.
I do need to practice my sculling too. I just need to keep my tummy up. Do you go to a swimming school to practice your sculling?
