Floating and Sculling in the Pool

This morning in the pool we practised floating on our back and front.
We want to know how to float so if we get caught in a rip tide or in a deep river we will not drown.

We also practised sculling.  Sculling will also help us survive in the water.

When we were floating I started to sink.  It helped me to use a flutter board and then take it out and I could float better then.

When we did sculling I did it for a little bit and then got tired.

We want to be SAFE IN THE WATER.
